Invoices are sent via email the day following each sale. They include relevant shipping and payment information. If you do not receive an invoice, please call us as soon as possible at (914) 764-4609.

Payment is due within 8 days following any sale.

We do not accept credit card, PayPal, or any other payment forms not mentioned above.

Pickup:

Pickups are by appointment only.

Pick up requests must be submitted 24 hours in advance, and ALL appointments must be confirmed. Visit www.butterscotchauction.com/pickup to request your appointment!
(invoice number required)

Please note that Butterscotch staff does NOT assist with packing and loading. Please bring sufficient packing materials and assistance.

Shipping:

Shipping is available through any 3rd party shipper of your choice. A list of shippers we frequently work with can be found below. Successful bidders are expected to contact shippers of their own accord for shipping quotes and payment. 

After you select a shipper, please email us a release statement (info@butterscotchauction.com) authorizing the release your items to your designated shipper. We will not release merchandise to any shipper without having received prior authorization.
